Refund policy
Return Policy for Elfsys Grow Kit and Grow Power Strip:
This policy is effective as of 1 July 2023.
At Elfsys, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Elfsys Grow Kit or Grow Power Strip within 60 days of delivery. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:
- Keep the original packaging: To make the return process easier and to protect the product from damage during shipping, please retain and use the original packaging.
- Return shipping charges: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- Start the RMA process: To initiate a return. Please contact our support team at support@elfsys.com. They will guide you through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
- Restocking fee: Upon inspection, returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A full refund will be issued if the product is unused and in new condition. Suppose the product is being abused and has excessive damage. We will further deduct the refund based on the cost of refurbishing.
- Product repurposing: We encourage our customers to continue using their Elfsys products. However, if you decide to dispose of your system and cannot find a suitable recipient, please contact us. We will help refurbish the product and donate it to schools and communities for educational purposes.
