Shipping policy

At Elfsys LLC, we strive to provide customers with fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping services. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please review the following shipping policy:
This policy is effective as of July 26, 2023.

  1. Shipping destinations: We ship to addresses within the United States domestically and also export Internationally. Shipping is free for all orders. We will ship you Type B standard (US and Canada) or Type I standard(China and Australia)  Elfsys Grow Powerstrip. For countries use other type of sockets, we will send you a free socket converter to use our products. If there is no shipping option at checkout, please email your location to order@elfsys.com for an order inquiry. We will assist you to ensure a smooth purchase experience. 

  2. Shipping carriers: International orders ship directly from our manufacturer's warehouse in China. The Grow Kit is shipped using global ocean freight, while the Grow Power Strip is shipped via global air freight. This allows us to offer competitive shipping rates and reliable delivery services to customers worldwide. 

  3. Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Rest assured, your order will be processed promptly even though it takes time for our product to be scheduled with global shipping brokers and receive the final tracking code.

  4. Customs, duties, and taxes: For international orders outside of the US, there will be an additional 15% charge to cover import duties and processing fees. We are working hard on expanding our services for international customers. Please note that this rate may either exceed or fall below the actual duties collected by our shipping partner. In the past, we have had orders shipped overseas where local carriers collect duties directly from customers upon delivery, resulting in high processing fees (some local carriers charged over $80 just for the processing fee). To simplify the purchasing process and avoid unexpected high charges, we now add a flat 15% fee for overseas orders to cover customs duties and fees. We currently do not collect sales taxes outside of the US.

  5. Delivery times: We offer ground shipping in US and Canada with delivery times of 2-7 days when stock is available. Global ocean freight for the Grow Kit takes approximately 30-45 days, while global air freight for the Grow Power Strip takes about 10-14 days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays from customs and carriers.

  6. Order tracking: The tracking code will be available only when the last part of domestic shipping starts. If you have any questions regarding your shipment or order, please email order@elfsys.com with your order number.

  7. Damaged or lost packages: If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
